At Eureka, we design our products to handle the real-life messes that come with everyday living. We take great care to ensure every product that reaches you meets our quality standards. That said, we also believe in being clear and upfront—so you know exactly where you stand.
Returns & Refunds
We do not offer returns or refunds for reasons such as change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect purchase.
However, if your product is defective or not functioning as intended, We will arrange a replacement or refund, as deemed appropriate.
Eligible for 100% Return / Replacement
You are eligible for a 100% return or replacement only in the following case:
● The product is not working or has a manufacturing defect at the time of delivery or during initial usage.
● If the product arrives visibly damaged, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with images or videos, so we can resolve it quickly.
What is not considered a defect
A product will not be considered defective if:
● It is functioning as intended but does not meet personal expectations
● Issues arise due to incorrect usage, setup, or maintenance
● Normal wear and tear occurs during regular use
How to Raise a Request
● Please contact Eureka Customer Support within 7 days of delivery.
● Share clear details of the issue along with images or videos, if requested by our team.
● Once verified, we will arrange for a return pickup and initiate a replacement or refund, as applicable.
Important Notes
● Products showing signs of physical damage due to misuse, improper installation, or unauthorized repairs will not be eligible.
● Accessories, consumables, or packaging damage alone do not qualify as a defective product.
● All decisions regarding defect validation will be made by Eureka’s support team to ensure fairness and consistency.
